Pricing And Availability

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise and may change from time to time. Availability may change due to stock movement, supplier updates, order volume or listing errors. HoteMax may correct obvious errors or cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing, product information or availability issues. If an order is cancelled after payment because of an error or stock issue, HoteMax will arrange a refund according to the original payment method where possible.

Orders

An order is submitted when checkout is completed. HoteMax may review orders before fulfilment and may contact the customer if additional information is required. We may refuse or cancel an order where payment is not confirmed, stock is unavailable, fraud is suspected, delivery is not possible, customer information is incomplete or an error has occurred.

Payments

Payments are processed through Shopify and available payment providers. Customers must provide accurate billing and payment information and must be authorised to use the selected payment method.

Returns, Refunds And Warranty

Refunds, returns and warranty support are handled according to the published Refund Policy and Warranty & Returns page. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Website Use

Customers must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with checkout, submit false information, copy store content for misleading purposes or use the website in a way that may harm HoteMax, customers or service providers.

Intellectual Property

The HoteMax name, logo, website design, page content, product presentation and store assets are owned by or licensed to HoteMax unless stated otherwise. They may not be copied or reused without permission except as allowed by law.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HoteMax is not responsible for indirect loss, delay caused by third-party services, carrier delays, website downtime, supplier changes or events outside reasonable control.
